We receive your full name, mobile number, preferred ritual, requested date and time, venue type, Mumbai locality, and optional notes. You may choose to share limited information about ingredients or skin sensitivities. The form intentionally does not ask for full home addresses, payment information or medical records.
Purpose and consent
We use these details only to review suitability, contact you, discuss availability, prepare for your preferred ritual and administer your potential booking. We ask for your agreement before receiving any optional sensitivity information. Please avoid sharing unrelated medical information.
Our confidentiality commitment
We do not sell guest data, trade contact information, share it with advertisers, publish guest identities or use enquiries to create marketing audiences. Access is limited to people managing appointments and service safety, along with necessary hosting and email-delivery processors. Please do not submit payment-card details or extensive medical history through this form.
How appointment requests are delivered
When configured for production, the form sends your enquiry over HTTPS to our hosting provider, which forwards it to a private concierge mailbox using an email delivery processor. Information may be processed by those service providers. We do not intentionally publish, sell, advertise with or create public listings from the information in your request. Email is not end-to-end encrypted; absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Retention and your choices
We intend to retain correspondence only as necessary for appointment administration, records and applicable legal duties. You may request access, correction or deletion by replying to concierge correspondence after your initial enquiry. If a response has not yet been received, you can raise your request through the appointment form. Some records may need to be retained where law requires.
Third-party content
External imagery and web fonts may load from third-party providers, which can receive technical network information. We have not intentionally installed behavioural advertising pixels or marketing cookie trackers on this version of the website.
